In our never ending push to help our shops improve their business, we came across this article by IMR Inc. Their research shows that many customers are ignoring the scheduled maintenance on their vehicles and as we know, hurting themselves in the process.
Breaking down the “why” of it, the reasons IMR’s research showed that are keeping customers away include time, money and not believing that maintenance is important. We are providing this information so our shops can help combat it in the market place.

Offer a free pickup and delivery service or get connected with a local car rental company that will take care of that for you and provide your customer with a rental car. You might also setup a small van with tool box and do mobile repairs.
