WHERE WE’VE BEEN
Twenty years ago, our founder Chris Boshaw was part owner of an auto repair shop. He saw that there was no auto shop software made for an independent repair business – so he made one. Other solutions were too expensive, too inefficient, or too difficult to use, so he created Shop Boss to fit the real needs of owners and techs.
Since its creation, we’ve worked to make shop owners’ lives easier by adding the features they’ve requested most and helping them stay ahead of their competition.
