The first quarter of 2025 is wrapping up and the year is off to an incredible start! The past few months have been a whirlwind of coffee-fueled conversations, industry insights, and networking at three of the best events for the auto repair industry. Here’s a quick recap of our experience attending The Institute Summit, VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo, and ATI SuperConference this year. The Institute Summit We kicked things off at the stunning Omni Amelia Island Resort in Florida, meeting with a room full of driven shop owners looking to take their businesses to the next level. The conference included keynotes from industry pros like Dan Clark, Jessica Kriegel, and Ross Bernstein, who lit a fire under shop owners with actionable advice and leadership development strategies. The event wasn’t just about workshops (though those were amazing)—cocktail hours and awards dinners gave everyone a chance to connect, collaborate, and share ideas. VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo Next up was Kansas City, where VISION wowed us with its jam-packed lineup of over 100 workshops, technical training sessions, and management courses. With thousands of attendees and a buzzing 60,000-square-foot exhibit hall, it was THE place to nerd out on everything auto-repair. The awards dinner was a standout, celebrating top-performing auto shops from across the country. We were proud to sponsor this incredible event and to support an industry that’s so focused on learning and growing together. ATI SuperConference Hawaii. Yes, you read that right. ATI's SuperConference took place at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island, where stunning beaches became the backdrop for one of the industry’s most valuable gatherings. From world-class keynote speakers to energetic round tables, the conversations were rich, meaningful, and promising for the future of our industry. Plus, the SuperConference Olympics and afterglow parties brought a perfect mix of fun and camaraderie. We had the chance to chat with shop owners about how powerful shop management tools like Shop Boss can impact their businesses, making this event extra exciting for us.
